I offer a wide range of modalities reflecting the many years I have worked helping people feel more empowered. This allows me flexibility in being able to respond to your needs on any particular day and as they change from session to session.as my main aim is to help you in the easiest, gentlest way.

I offer in-person sessions at my practice near Dromore West in Co Sligo as well as on-line or phone sessions worldwide. So most importantly I can work with you wherever you are in the world.
