Reiki & Seichem Classes in Co Sligo

You can use it both  for your own personal use or to share it with others. It is easy to learn and  literally have at your fingertips for the rest of your life. You can learn it to enhance your own personal sense of well- being and facilitate your self-development. You can  share withi your family and friends or more offer it as a practitioner. You will find it invaluable as it is a great way of connecting with that universal energy and reminding yourself that we are all connected.

Reiki is a form of hands-on healing which draws upon universal life force energy for bring balance and enhance health and well-being. This is a natural ability but for many people a Reiki attunement makes it easier to tap into that energy. The background story of Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is that was developed  by a Japanese man called Dr Usui in the early 1900’s and became popular in the west from the 1970’s onwards.  It has spread worldwide and today there are many Reiki healers throughout the world, using it even in hospitals and conventional health care.  I view the Reiki initiations almost like having somebody tune us in to our healing broadcasting station so we can get better reception!

I originally trained in Usui Reiki.  In the late 90’s after practising Reiki for a few years I came across Seichem in a form which was developed by an American woman called Kathleen Milner although its origins are said to go back much further, indeed to ancient Egypt. According to Kathleen Milner’s guidance, Reiki works primarily with Earth Energy while Seichem includes the Earth Energy of Reiki and also the elements of Air, Fire and Water. To me this made it feel more complete and balanced.

I could certainly feel a difference and felt freer working with Seichem and so I decided to train to teach it to others. I am a Reiki and Seichem Teaching Master and member of RASA, the Reiki and Seichem Association.

I teach the following levels of training in Reiki and Seichem.

Reiki and Seichem Level 1

Through a transfer of energy called an attunement you are initiated into the first level of this healing system. The workshop includes:

• initiation into Reiki or Seichem Level 1
• practice and guidance on how to use this energy for self-healing
• practice and guidance on how to use this energy on other people and on animals
• guidance on ways of using Reiki and Seichem for self-development

I teach Reiki and Seichem in the same class as the basics of using these energies for healing are broadly similar. The attunement differs as extra energies are passed on in the Seichem attunement.

Cost:

Reiki 1 – £150
Seichem 1 – €190 (or €60 if you have done Reiki 1 with me)

Turn on your healing abilities in this practical one day workshop. Reiki works with the Earth energy while Seichem offers a broader healing spectrum, incorporating the energies of Earth, Air, Fire and Water.

You can either begin with Reiki or Seichem. Reiki is a gentler energy and Seichem is in my opinion fuller and more versatile. The choice is yours –whether you want to start gently and build up or whether you know you are ready to go straight to Seichem. If you do choose to begin with Reiki you can have the Seichem attunement at a later date and simply pay an additional €60. If in doubt as to which of these is right for you, ask me.

Reiki and Seichem 2

In this workshop you can build on the foundations of Level 1 and receive:

• attunement into Reiki 2 or Seichem 2
• instruction on how to use symbols for deeper healings and healing practice with these symbols
• guidelines and practice on doing distant healing
• further attunements into YOD to strengthen intuition and Order of Melchizadek to connect with healing lineages

Reiki 2 – €190
Seichem 2 – €240 (€50 if you already have Reiki 2 with me)

Reiki and Seichem 3 and Teaching Master

If you’ve really benefitted from Reiki training and the transformation it has brought into your life, you can feel inspirted  pass this on to others through Reiki classes. On the other hand, other people can  simply want to receive the Master attunement to further develop their own healing abilities and spiritual unfoldment. It is possible to receive the Master attunement on its own without the full instructions of how to pass on attunements to others.

If you feel ready to take this next step, give me a call to discuss whether you feel you’d like to work with me. I am open to training Masters who have come from different Reiki lineages, in which case you would have to take the Level 1 and 2 attunements only (not the full classes) to ensure consistency of the particular energy we use in the Reiki/Seichem lineage.
